Brown and L Street crossing

A group of students proceeds east from the CPC across Brown Street at L Street toward the central part of campus. Upon observing several cycles of crossings, and by counting in one’s head, an armchair traffic engineer could conclude the wait time for a pedestrian crossing signal here is about 22 seconds.
