Five girls and a ghost occupy this refurbished landlord home at 416 Lowes St.

One roommate is a University of Michigan lover and another cheers for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, but all of these ladies are Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Reds faithfuls. Yet not one housemate watched the 2012 Super Bowl…The landlord installed new carpet and painted the walls, and the roommates decorated to make the house feel more like home. These ladies aren’t taking any chances. After numerous haunting incidents done by who is believed to be the resident ghost, this bat was placed at the door for protection. The residents use a storage closet off the kitchen to save cans and bottles they exchange for cash. This is one roommate’s “political corner.” Majestic portraits of President Regan and 2008 vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin grace the walls of the trash closet. The roommates miss the warm weather and outdoor gatherings with neighbors. The housemate that lives in this room is a visual communication design major. She painted these to match her bedding. This woman’s clearly talented. The paintings that hang above this bed look as though they were professionally done to match the comforter.“The TV’s always on,” one woman said. The residents enjoy Pretty Little Liars and The Real Housewives. This room is splashed with pink.“She’s usually not up until 1 p.m.,” one of the women said about her roommate who sleeps here.“Having one bathroom for five girls is the worst part about this house,” one roommate said. “On the weekends it’s chaos.”

Is this house available over the summer? If so, who is the landlord to contact?
